Your medical condition(s) will be assessed during your initial recommendation appointment. If your condition(s) fall under the qualifying conditions by Florida law and you receive recommendation, you will be able to obtain a medical marijuana card from Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU) and purchase medical marijuana products from a licensed dispensary.
Time to Renew Your Recommendation?
Florida law requires patients using medical marijuana to be evaluated and recertified by their recommending physician within the Medical Marijuana Use Registry every 7 months (210 days).
Time to Renew Your Registry ID Card?
Florida law requires patients who use medical marijuana to renew their Florida Medical Marijuana Registry ID card annually. The Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU) recommends doing so at least 45 days prior to the expiration date of their card.
